APTs 40th Anniversary Conference

The overall theme of the conference is Interdisciplinary
Collaboration. Sub-themes are historic urban landscapes,
sustainability and conservation, and principles and practice. In
addition to paper sessions and roundtables, a keynote address and
plenary session, training and education activities, technical field
sessions, and tours will be offered on each of these sub-themes. A
host of special events to celebrate APT's 40-year contribution to
the conservation field will also be featured.

1997, a consortium of graduate historic preservation programs has
focused on changing perspectives of historic preservation. The
focus of the Sixth National Forum is A Critical Examination of
Preservation and Sustainability.
