State Government Relations
At the state and local levels, the AIA's government affairs professionals support and collaborate with AIA Components and members to promote the organization's policies and positions on a broad scope of legislative and regulatory issues. While some areas of concern repeat from the federal level, AIA organizations and leaders across the country actively engage on many additional issues as well, including professional licensing, project delivery mechanisms, and building code adoption.
